Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. You can return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Contact must be made no later than 5 days from the time the item is delivered and all returns must be authorized. Please submit an RMA request and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Packages without an authorized RMA# will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. We need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned, this can be added in the RMA notes section of your RMA request.Shipping expenses for returned items will be paid by the customer.We strongly recommend you to insure your return package for your own protection. We are NOT responsible for return packages lost in the mail. 


For returns that are sent back without authorization the item may be discarded or you may be charged original shipping and restocking fees, per the supplier's discretion. If your order contains bed sheets or Duvet Cover set, these are only returnable if they have not been removed from zippered package. Orders with Bed sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded and/or washed are not returnable.Anything which is wrapped in vacuum compression bag such as pillows and comforters, it can NOT be returned once the vacuum compression bag has been torn off.For all non-defective returns there will be a return fee of upto 20% of the cost of the item. Suppliers may decide to issue replacements if requested, per their discretion. If replacement is requested and denied, you will need to return for a credit and then place a new order. Please do not place a new order for replacement until confirmed. 


Please note that if the package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping, return fees, and restocking. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
